1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the k444 platform (available at k444.bio and any associated mobile or web interfaces), you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and k444 ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the k444 platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. k444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Any account identified as belonging to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds held will be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations, and the account will be permanently closed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is the sole responsibility of the User to determine whether accessing and using the k444 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. k444 does not represent that the platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are responsible for complying with local law. k444 provides no warranty as to the legal status of online gambling in any particular country, province, or region.

2.3 One Account Rule. Each individual person may maintain only one active k444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k444 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

3.2 You agree to notify k444 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. k444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 All activity conducted through your k444 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility, unless and until you have formally notified k444 of a security breach in writing and k444 has confirmed receipt of that notification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods. k444 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Currency. All accounts on k444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. k444 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification, compliance checks, and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. k444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. 4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit and wager funds that belong to you. Using third-party payment methods or funds is prohibited. Any attempt to deposit using payment accounts not registered in your name may result in account suspension and return of funds.

4.5 No Money Laundering. k444 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Any account suspected of being used to launder funds or engage in financial crime will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities where required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 k444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by k444 are subject to wagering requirements. 6.2 k444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds has occurred. In cases of obvious pricing errors, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided, at k444's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 k444 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.3 k444's total liability to you in respect of any single claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
